Each t. c. is a measure equivalent to the complement of the reliability in a particular comparison rule. There are different coefficients for each reason for failure of reliability expressed in a rule. These values are measured from the positive links at each iteration in the GIRLS. (cf. Howe & Lindsay, 1981) This technique suggest that reliability itself may be refined by such iterations. [Cf. RLG Chapter 3, §1, ¶2]
