5.6 Editing Phondex rules. The linguist may select any of the editable rule sets for modification. S/he may chose to append a new rule to the end of the set, or insert a new one in any position in their natural execution order. Another feature allows the linguist to copy an existing rule to any other position. The idea here is that it is often easier to modify an existing rule than to compose the desired rule from scratch.
