1) the name assigned to a conventional locality (place) for identification purposes along with the names of certain superordinate localities, such as state and country;
2) a set of name phrases as defined in PS-RULE LP1;
a l. n. h. may be a single locality name phrase, may be optionally prefixed with an approximative, and possibly augmented by additional other (higher) locality name phrases;
the locality name phrases in a l. n. h. are usually separated from each other by a comma |
